|Bourjois Rouge Edition £7.99|
This is one of Bourjois 18 new Rouge edition lipsticks for Spring 2013.The collection is made up of 3 segments, the first is Preppy which consists of nudes and more subtle colours. The second is Colour Block which has brighter shades which are more for day time, summer wear. The third is called Night Out, which as the name suggests is comprised of the brightest, darkest and most glamorous.
I have shade 11 which is from their colour block segment and it is a bright medium toned pink with yellow almost coral undertones. I've read some reviews that compare it to MACs Impassioned , I swatched them both below and Impassioned is darker, more pigmented and more matte but they do have a similar tone. The texture to these is fairly similar to the Chanel Rouge Allure lipsticks and I learned earlier today that they're actually the same company.

Bourjois say it's:
|Bourjois Rouge Edition|
The texture was so soft, creamy and moisturising that it didn't really feel like I had any lipstick on. It lasted between 3 and 4 hours before fading, but I did eat and drink within that time and when it did fade it was even and just left a slight stain, so I could of got away with not applying it for longer if I'd wanted. It had a slight sheen to the finish which I really like and it didn't highlight any cracks in my lips. Its well pigmented and is wearable as both a day and night shade.

Princess points: 5/5
I've always loved Bourjois lip products and this is no exception, it has great colour pay off, is long lasting and the range of colours in the collection is incredible, I've got my eye on a few of the nudes.
